How much do I love Northfield Auto Care? It's hard to say, but as long as it is reasonably possible I will ALWAYS bring my car to them. Since the very beginning they have provided me with honest feedback - recommending for and against various repairs. Even when they stand to make more money, they will never recommend something I do not need or that wouldn't be helpful. Everybody in the shop is amazing, they take great care of my car and me - they gladly drop you off at a place nearby in town and will offer to pick you up if you need the ride. They always call before doing a repair that wasn't initially planned for. And something I really appreciate - they are happy to take the time to explain to me what they're doing, how things work and teach me how to do small repairs and maintenance items on my own. As a means of driving home the point, I moved from Northfield to South Minneapolis and because I still work in Northfield, I still bring my car to Northfield Auto Care. My parents drove to visit me from Phoenix and waited until they got to MN to bring their car for a tune up and assessment at Northfield Auto Care. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this team. They're the best. |

You guys do good work, and you are very affordable, which is always appreciated. But honestly I have considered taking my business elsewhere this year, because you guys are also really good at making people feel stupid when it comes to their cars. I don?t know much about cars and how they work, and I don?t have a lot of money to get my car fixed when something breaks. You and your staff have made asides and disparaging comments, and have even shown me condescension when I have brought my car in to you. It is not appreciated. You have my business for now, and I will be bringing it in to you soon because there is work that needs to be done and I have a stimulus check coming my way. But I?m not looking forward to giving you my business, because I never know what kind of attitude I will receive from you and your staff. |
